Safeguarding and low-wellbeing alerts fire immediately, the moment a flag is raised on any document or report. A Support Team tab keeps every professional's contact details up to date, flagging missing information in amber. The platform also generates PDF calendar invites, complete with live student data and built-in alarms, giving every meeting or review a ready-made point of contact. Upload a revised EHCP and the platform shows exactly what changed, so staff can accept or reject each amendment individually.
